East Neuk Lobster Meat - 125g

Carefully picked meat from the lobster body and claws, cut it into nibble size chunks.

We can mix the lobster chunks with our homemade Marie Rose Sauce, to create the perfect filling for your favourite roll, or the mix can be served as a starter or light lunch. If you are wanting to use the mix at a later date, we can pack the lobster meat, with the sauce in a separate sauce pot. The lobster meat can then be frozen and the sauce pot kept in the fridge until needed.

We can also send the lobster meat without any sauce - perfect for using in stir fries, fish pies or to enhance other seafood recipes.

For guidance 125g of lobster meat, with sauce, will fill 2 large rolls.
