East Neuk Lobster - Cooked Whole

Freshly caught East Neuk Lobster cooked to perfection, ready to eat. When you order cooked, whole lobster, you will receive one lobster with the shell and claws intact.

This lobster contains succulent white meat, found in the tail and claws. It may also have 'tomalley', a soft green or red substance naturally found in the body cavity of the lobster.  This is linked to the natural function of the liver and pancreas in the lobster. It is perfectly safe to eat. Tomalley may be eaten alone or used in sauces and bisque as flavouring. It may also be used as a natural thickening agent.

Please note that we do not crack the claws of our cooked lobsters to ensure the juices within the claws keep the meat soft and moist.

All lobsters are cooked to order which enables you to freeze them, on receipt, should you wish to consume them at a later date.
