East Neuk Lobster - Cooked, Split and Cleaned

Freshly caught East Neuk Lobster cooked to perfection, split and cleaned, ready to eat.

When you order cooked, split lobster you will receive one lobster split in half. This lobster contains white meat, found in the tail and claws.

Please note that we do not crack the claws of our cooked lobsters to ensure the juices within the claws keep the meat soft and moist.

All lobsters are cooked to order which enables you to freeze them, on receipt, should you wish to consume them at a later date.

Although we endeavour to deliver your lobster using next day delivery, please order at least 2 days in advance, especially if you are catering for a special event. For more information please view our Shipping Policy.
